Can I return my items bought online?

You have 30 days to return items bought if on the off chance you find a fault in one of our products or we can exchange it if you have bought the incorrect size. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sale items. You can read more about our return policy here.

 

How long will my delivery take?

This depends on Australia Post but your delivery shouldn't take any longer than 5-10 days. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in VIC and delivery times generally take 1-4 days within Australia if the express shipping option is chosen. International orders are also dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivery times generally take 5-15 days depending on your location and customs process. Import taxes and duties related to international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Are your clothes true to size?

We size to Australian standards and they generally fit well with the recommended age. We will add a note of recommended fit if the clothing Is a smaller or larger fit. You can refer to our sizing page for more detailed information.

 

What detergent do you recommend? 

Soap berries, pure soap flakes, well researched eco-friendly brands and locally or homemade is also commendable! Pro tip: Using eco-friendly detergents without eucalyptus oil will help avoid stripping some colours.

 

Do you restock sold out products?

No, we generally do not restock products. Once sold out, they will be replaced by the next collection.

 

Why aren’t your products made in Australia?

We would love more than anything to produce our fabric in Australia and to be able to display the Australian made logo but the cost involved have made it near impossible for us to achieve this. 

 

Are all clothing mass produce in a factory and then just shipped over?

We produce in small runs as to not contribute to fast fashion, so we do not mass produce clothing here. We take such care when a new collection is released by creating our designs, patterns and hand illustrations. A lot goes into creating a season, all while ensuring to adhere to ethical and sustainable standards.

 

What is organic cotton? 

All fabric is dyed using dyes which are free of hazardous elements such as nickel, lead, formaldehyde, amines, pesticides and heavy metals protecting farmers and their families as well as consumers. No genetically modified seeds or toxic dyes are used. No hazardous synthetic pesticides are used during the farming process. Benefits of the regulated organic farms include crop rotation conserves soil. Water is retained more effectively due to healthier organic material in the soil. Climate change is combatted through using less energy and healthy organic soils store more carbon.

 

Why choose organic cotton fabrics and certified factories? 

Your babies clothing sits against their skin all day and night. Using organic natural fibres that are regulate temperature, are antimicrobial and have no toxic chemicals or dyes is the best way to protect your newborns sensitive skin and ensure they do not absorb any harmful chemicals.

 

What’s a bunny rug? 

A bunny rug is a 120cm square ‘blanket’ usually made from organic cotton. It is designed to have a lot of stretch, is great to use as a swaddle or top sheet.

We try to support our local community by working with small business owners as well as non-profit organisations such as Wildlife Victoria and St Kilda Mums
